Delivery and collection policy

Checkout shows whether an order is eligible for local delivery or must be collected. Some large, fragile or specially marked products are collection only. An order containing a collection-only product cannot be delivered unless we agree separate arrangements in writing.
Local delivery
Delivery eligibility is calculated from the store location in Bredell, Kempton Park to the location pin or address you confirm. The configured maximum radius, base charge, price per kilometre, return-trip setting and any free-delivery rule are applied at checkout. The displayed quotation forms part of your order total.
Accurate details
Provide the recipient's name, mobile number, complete address, suburb, city, postal code, access instructions and an accurate entrance or gate pin. Device location is optional; you may enter the address manually. We may contact you to verify an unclear location before dispatch.
Delivery timing
We will confirm or communicate the expected delivery arrangement after payment. Unless a different period is agreed, orders will be executed within the period required by applicable law. Delays outside our reasonable control will be communicated with available alternatives.
Access, failed delivery and inspection
The recipient must provide safe, reasonable access and be available at the agreed time. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, inaccessible premises or an unavailable recipient will be agreed before redelivery. Inspect the item at handover where possible and record visible transit damage immediately.
Collection
Collection is from Bredell, Kempton Park, Gauteng. For security, the precise collection point and appointment details may be provided only after an order is confirmed. Bring the order reference and requested proof of identity or authority. Do not arrive without a confirmed collection time.
Uncollected orders
We will contact you before treating a paid order as abandoned. Any storage charge, cancellation or resale will occur only after reasonable notice and in accordance with applicable law. Contact us promptly if you cannot collect as arranged.
