After your purchase
Returns, refunds and exchanges
Last updated 6 August 2026Before returning an item
Contact us with your order number, the reason for the return and clear photographs where the item is damaged, defective or not as described. Do not send an item without return instructions. This policy supplements—and does not reduce—rights provided by the Consumer Protection Act and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
Incorrect, damaged or defective goods
Inspect goods as soon as reasonably possible. Tell us promptly if an item is incorrect, damaged in delivery, unsafe, defective or materially different from its description. We will assess the item and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement or refund. We bear reasonable return costs where the law places those costs on us.
Used goods and disclosed condition
Used goods are sold with a condition grade and description. An issue specifically disclosed before purchase, or normal wear consistent with that description, is treated differently from an undisclosed defect. Statutory protections still apply to used products.
Cooling-off and change of mind
Where the ECTA cooling-off right applies, a consumer may cancel an eligible electronic transaction for goods within seven days after receipt without reason or penalty, subject to lawful exclusions, and may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Some goods or transactions are excluded by law. Contact us before the period expires so we can confirm the correct process for the item.
Return condition
Unless the return concerns a defect or another statutory right, the item should be unused beyond reasonable inspection, complete with supplied accessories, and safely packaged. We may make only deductions that are lawful and justified by the item's condition and the reason for return.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are ordinarily returned through PayFast to the original payment source. If PayFast reports that this is unavailable, it may require a bank payout. In that case the customer submits bank details through the secure refund form; the complete account number is encrypted and is not displayed to administrators. Payment-provider and banking processing times are outside our direct control, but the order page will show the available status.
Cancelled, unavailable or duplicate orders
If we cannot supply paid goods, or a scarce item is allocated to another completed transaction before your payment is confirmed, we will offer an agreed alternative or a full refund. Duplicate confirmed payments will be investigated and the duplicate amount refunded where verified.
How to request help
Use the details on Contact us. Include the order number and do not email unencrypted banking details. If we cannot resolve a qualifying consumer complaint, you may approach the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud at cgso.org.za.
